We all carry wounds, experience suffering, and have inherited cognitive distortions that disempower us. Most of us internalize, personalize, and continue to feed negative patterns and beliefs. This only magnifies our suffering, blocks our living light, and dampens our ability to receive more happiness.

As a spiritually oriented-therapist, I believe in the intrinsic value, power, strength, and resilience of the individual. I hold a dual Master's degree in Counseling and Art Therapy. Additionally, I earned an MFA in Sculpture and Photography. With 400+ training hours in Clinical Hypnotherapy, I have access to this powerful experiential tool to facilitate positive and impactful change!
