Sessions typically last between 45 - 55 minutes. Group sessions are usually 90 minutes.

It depends on what it is that you are trying to accomplish. Sometimes only it only takes a few sessions and sometimes it is much longer. Your counselor can provide more specifics.

How much does counseling cost?

Our fees range from $150 to $200 per session based on family size and income. We do work with many insurance companies, which also cover counseling services.

Is what I say confidential?

Yes. We abide by the legal and ethical requirements of counseling to protect your confidentiality. Only in rare exceptions required by law can confidential information be released.

What will happen on my first visit?

After you have completed your forms, you will be asked to wait in the waiting room until your therapist will comes for you. The therapist will explore your needs and review your goals.

What happens if I can't make my appointment?

If a client misses an appointment without notifying us, this potentially means that another person who could have benefited from that appointment. We do charge for missed appointments.

What if my counselor doesn't seem to be the right fit for me?

Finding a therapist like finding a great pair of shoes, you may have to try on a few pairs before you findthe best fit. If your counselor is not a good fit, we can help you find another.
