Natallia Parkhimtchik, LMSW
Natallia, a dedicated Social Worker, places great importance on employing trauma-informed, client-centered, and empowerment-based approaches in her work with diverse clients across individual, family, and group settings.

Her educational background has equipped her well for this role, having earned a Master's degree in Education from Northern Arizona University in 2016, and later in Social Work from Arizona State University in 2022. With these qualifications, Natallia honed her skills in working with individuals of all ages - children, adolescents, and adults. She draws on a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, empowerment and narrative therapy, and identity exploration.

Natallia's journey in the mental and behavioral health field began in Yuma back in 2016, where she gained invaluable experience. Throughout her career, she has developed a keen interest in various areas, including depression, anxiety, perinatal mood disorders, self-esteem, stress, and life transitions.

As a therapist, Natallia's primary goal is to guide her clients through the healing process, helping them to alleviate symptoms, achieve treatment goals, strengthen their support systems, boost their confidence, and cope with the challenges associated with trauma, mental health issues, and behavioral struggles. She firmly believes that each client's journey is unique and that they already possess inherent strengths to facilitate their own improvement. Creating a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space for her clients is central to her commitment to their well-being.
