Betrayal Trauma Recovery
Using a Pro-dependence perspective, we help partners who have been wounded by the behaviors of their loved ones find a deeper sense of peace and connection. We offer a model of healing that helps empower the individual while fostering healthy support and restoration of broken relationships.
We have clinicians who have been trained to work with children. Through a variety of clinical interventions, such as play therapy, sand tray therapy, and art therapy, children who come to our center are introduced to ways in which they can express their feelings and learn tools to help them excel at home and at school.
Couples or Marriage Counseling
Relationships take effort, but learning how to work smarter not harder can make the world of difference in making a relationship happier. Through couples counseling, partners can find new ways to navigate through disconnection and pain that can arise. Our goal is to help partners couples grow together, heal past hurts, and delight in each other. Couples’ work may include focusing on improving communication, creating healthier boundaries, learning how to express emotional and relational needs, processing trauma or loss together, increasing or repairing sexual intimacy, and more. It takes both partners having the desire and willingness to participate to help create a relationship that lasts.
Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), founded by Sue Johnson, is one of the most empirically validated forms of couples therapy. The foundation of this model is attachment bonding. The therapist helps the couple identify patterns of disconnection and how to create more effective patterns instead. It focuses on fostering a healthy dependence and a secure bond by leaning into conflict in a productive way that fosters long-lasting connection. EFT guides couples in coming closer while simultaneously solving problems.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing

Millions of people of all ages have received relief from many types of psychological stress or trauma with the aid of EMDR. EMDR works by helping the brain reprocess traumatic memories.
Family therapy helps family members resolve conflicts and improve communication. The goal of family therapy is to help families learn skills to deepen family connections, cope with stressful times, and build life skills well after therapy is complete.

One of the most powerful parts of group therapy is that it diminishes shame while simultaneously building a network of support. Some of the benefits of group therapy include:
Group members realize they’re not alone. Research has shown that group therapy reduces isolation and alienation, increases the sense that “we’re all in this together,” and normalizes suffering.
Group. members receive support, feedback, and connection from each other.
The group provides a space where individuals can find their voice. Emotions can be explored. Negative core beliefs can be challenged and rewritten.
Skill development is built in a supportive environment.
Hypnotherapy is used to create change and cultivate emotional healing. Hypnotherapy guides assist the individual into a state of deep relaxation. While in hypnosis, the individual is capable of moving, seeing, hearing, and speaking while focusing internally, but is also able to access the emotional or “subconscious” part of their mind where memories are stored. The therapist then guides the client by offering powerful suggestions and statements to assist in making lasting desired changes.
The majority of our clients receive therapy on a one-on-one basis with a licensed mental health provider. Individual therapy inspires change while supporting the person in achieving personalized goals. It is also known as “psychotherapy". Individuals will be guided in overcoming challenges, working through trauma, developing a deeper sense of self, or improving skills.
